LOOK AT ME I'M A BUTTERFLY

Yes, yes Freeman. I emerged from my cocoon and now I'm a butterfly. Done with the project. PHEW.

Onto another note, yesterday was a day for sure. Good intentions with nothing accomplished but Megan, Hannah and I drinking away our good intentions. 156 Euros to send beer, that is some expensive beer... so scratch that.

I'm doing a blog at the moment just to do a blog. FULFILLING THE REQUIREMENTS, except not well at all. I did shoot some shots the other day after I met up with Andy. I went to Mauerpark where there was a huge flea market/hippie fest. It was awesome. There was two bands there that was pretty sweet, along with some eccentric characters. I also got this sweet necklace from this guy that is from the "same continent" I didn't have the heart to tell him that U.S is not part of S. America, so I gave him my Euro and went on my way.

AND AND we got stopped by the guys on the M4 yesterday..CHECKING OUR TICKETS...sweet lol I was scared I wasn't going to get stopped before we left. MAN, It's Tuesday. Two more full days left. OFF TO THE BEIRGARTEN!

The LION KILLER

So I should post some pictures, that would be the reasonably smart thing to do, but at this moment I am doing far too many things. One of course, procrastinating. Two, Listening to music. Three, AUDACITY SUCKS! okay not really Four, I really could go on, so I opted for just blogging. Wow, how many grammatical errors have I made in this eh oh well. So yesterday yesterday yesterday. I spent the whole day with Andy. I went to wear he works where he works with people who are in rehab. Makes them do some physical activity, such as volleyball for 3 hours. Then we went to the facility which they stay. It was kind of difficult for me, I had to respect some people's wishes and not take pictures of them and at one point I completely put the camera away because it was clearly agitating one of the guys there. I was just having a hard time detaching myself from it all.
We then went to where he trains other people for MMA in the states we call it UFC. It was really cool. He showed me how to do a Mata Loea...I'm pretty sure that is spelled wrong but it translates to the Lion Killer. It was awesome. It is a chokehold. He told me to test it out on Javi when I get back, but apparently he thinks I can't do it to him. I beg to differ. I already tested it out on Andrew and Jasmine and worked like a charm! Picture wise...well that's really another story. Hence the reason I'm not posting any.
After some excitement doing the I to the K to the D to the E (not the E to the D Hannah haha) at Dr. Pong, it seems its time to start cracking down and editing more pictures and audio and whatnot..Time is flying by. My watch says Thursday but I think its Friday. Well anyways, we took a trip down the the Wannsee which was a little ways down on the S-bahn with Chen, Andrew and Mr. Freeman. Just realized, not too happy with yesterday's photos. Oh well what can you do. Lake Wannsee was really cool though. It was nice being on the boat, now we just have to add a tube to that bad boy.

We also went to the Bust of Nefertiti, which was absolutely amazing. Okay off to meet my guy today, get to see some fighting action going on. Who knows, maybe I'll spar.

Fire+Philharmonic=ON FIRE

Another day rolls around...thanks to the text Julianna received, we were off to the Philharmonic that was on fire. The way they handled press compared to the states was completely different. The area was blocked off but we were off shooting pictures in the "blocked off" area without any problem. The only time asked to move was for the ambulances. One of the firefighters gave me his e-mail to send him the pictures I took of him. I can't see that happening in the states at all.

On another note....I am meeting Andy tomorrow, my possible photo story. We shall see how that goes. I'm pretty exciting how things are turning out.

Making a wish....for the photo proj!

Sooo today has been one of the lighter days for sure thus far....We dwelled a little deeper into the west. I have a few ideas for the photo story we just have to see which one will fall through. Last night we did the PubCrawl and the leaders of the pack have some connections so hopefully that works out.

Tonight we are off to see a show right around the corner at Magnet, with a band called Lucero. Can't wait!
